Add your first library

A library is just a folder Rewind watches. Add one and it does the heavy lifting — posters, backdrops, cast and more, automatically.

What you'll need

  • A running Rewind server
  • A folder with some movies or shows
  1. 1Step 1

    Open the Libraries tab

    From the dashboard, head to Libraries and choose Add Library.

    Pick a type and a path

    Tell Rewind whether it's Movies, TV, Music or Photos, and point it at the folder.

  3. 3Step 3

    Scan it

    Create the library and Rewind scans the folder, matching every title and pulling artwork and details.
